Delivery Policy

At Mgarr Farms we take special care to ensure that our products arrive fresh and in the best possible condition to your address. We deliver only to the front door so please make sure all details are correct so we will be able to contact you when your deliverey is about to be delivered.

We try as much as we can to keep green and minimise our carbon footprint by shorter routes. We manage our routes in a way that we can please both you and the environment, therefore we cannot guarantee to be exactly on your requested time. Your delivery date and time frame can be selected during checkout.

We train our staff to handle and deliver the goods as they are harvested from the field. It can be possible that occasionally minor damage may occur on delivery. Although time is very limited, we would be happy to wait until you take your time to inspect your order on delivery. We will take every care in delivering your order but we cannot be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or loss of profits you may incur if we fail to deliver the goods to you. Our policy on damaged produce does not affect your statutory rights.
